1. Why do you provide both a "QUICK QUOTE" form and "Website PROJECT" form for a custom website quote?
This is provided as an OPTION and a convenience to our customers. Use the QUICK QUOTE form if you want to quickly submit information for a generalized quote. Use the Website PROJECT form if you have a better idea of what you are looking for in a website. Remember, we will be able to provide a more accurate, detailed quote if you provide us with more specifics about the website you want. It is highly recommended that you use the Web PROJECT form and provide as much information as possible in order to receive the best quote possible. |

| PAYMENT QUESTIONS |
1. WHEN do I pay for services?
- Web Design & Print Design
- 1/3 is due upon approval of our quote/contract
- 1/3 is due upon approval of overall design
- 1/3 is due upon completion of website or print design
- Hourly or Flat Rate Services
- Due upon completion of services
- Contracted Services
- Invoices will be sent out at the end of each month and are due upon receipt
- PRINTING SERVICES
- Generally net terms are in place for printing services, (i.e. - Net 30 or Net 10). Terms for your printing projects are determined in advance when a customer account is set up with our printing alliance partner, SPG Graphics, Inc.
- Payment of printing services will be made directly to SPG Graphics, Inc.
2. HOW do I pay for services?
All services (EXCEPT PRINTING SERVICES)
- You will receive an invoice from us via email (in the form of a PDF), when payment is due.
- A PayPal link will be included in the body of the email, this link will take you to the secure Print2Web PayPal website, where you can pay your balance on-line.
- FROM OUR WEBSITE: There is a "Make Payment button" at the bottom-right of our MAIN PAGE (Splash Page), click the button to go to our payment page.
- You also have the option of sending us a money order or cashiers check via U.S. Mail.
PRINTING SERVICES
- A check is acceptable for standard customer accounts; however, final terms and the level of your customer account is determined by our printing alliance partner, SPG Graphics, Inc.
- In some cases, new accounts or those with little financial history may require C.O.D. terms initially, until terms can be established with a payment history.
- Please visit the SPG Graphics, Inc. "New Client" webpage on their website for more information, credit apps, etc.
- If you have any questions about setting up a commercial printing account with SPG Graphics, Inc. please call their controller, Celisa Snyder at 317/870-6143, she can answer your new account questions.
*Print2Web is very knowledgeable in commercial printing and works in the capacity of a SALES REPRESENTATIVE for SPG Graphics, Inc., with regard to commercial printing services. This allows us to provide full service creative solutions in print to our customers.
3. Isn't PayPal a hassle? Don't I have to be a "member"?
- PayPal is the international on-line payment standard, and easier to use than ever before!
- You will find that today PayPal is a convenience...FAST, EASY & FREE...no hassle whatsoever.
- You do NOT have to sign-up or become a member.
